About Us:
Tanya Akimenko is a tax accountant who has worked with business owners for over 20 years. She leads bookkeeping and tax preparation, and she has sat through enough IRS audits with her clients to know exactly what proof keeps business travel tax-deductible. She teaches simple systems for planning workcations, saving receipts, and keeping audit-ready documentation. She loves anything business and reads business books for fun.
Chase Lawrence is the planner, systems, and logistics guy—with a serious love for cruises. He’s also a firefighter and first responder in Brunswick, GA, so he stays calm when Wi-Fi drops and batteries die. On trips he sets up Wi-Fi and VPNs, tests Zoom at sea, and packs extra power and cords so nothing melts down; he basically carries more battery packs than his engine carries hoses. He keeps their Amazon must-have gear list current so working while you travel stays smooth.
Together they created Out of Office On Purpose (OOO Mindset) to combine Tanya’s love for business with Chase’s love for travel—especially cruises.
